  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled unless approved by Zentex in writing.

  • You are responsible for ensuring all order details, customisations, artwork approvals, and delivery information are accurate at the time of purchase.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

  • Zentex reserves the right to update pricing at any time without notice.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of order unless other terms have been agreed in writing.

  • We accept payment via approved credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or other secure payment gateways.

5. Custom Products

  • Custom orders are produced based on your approved artwork, files, or specifications.

  • You are responsible for confirming the accuracy of any proof or mock-up provided before production.

  • Minor variations in colour, size, or finish may occur and are not grounds for a refund unless the product differs materially from the approved proof.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Zentex will take reasonable steps to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, but we are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or external circumstances.

  • Risk in the products passes to you upon dispatch.

  • We ship via trusted national and international courier services. Tracking details will be provided where applicable.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our Refund and Returns Policy applies and forms part of these Terms and Conditions. In short:

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

  • Refunds or replacements will only be issued in cases where Zentex is at fault (e.g., incorrect item, manufacturing defect).

  • All approved returns are return-to-base (RTB) at the customer’s cost unless otherwise specified.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, images, and designs on this site are the property of Zentex or its licensors and may not be used without written permission. You represent that any artwork or branding you provide does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • Zentex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

  • Our liability in any case will not exceed the value of the goods purchased.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

10. Force Majeure

Zentex is not liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, shipping disruptions).

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
